Hi everyone,

I have an iPhone 5 that I've been using since the day it came out. Nothing is wrong with it functionally, but iOS 9 absolutely sucks and I regret ever leaving iOS 6. I'm trying every way I know how to downgrade. I have the matching .ispw iOS 6.1.4 for my GSM iPhone 5 and iTunes 10.7 on my Windows 7 PC, but I get the dreaded Error 3194. I've already tried editing the hosts file with a Cydia entry but no luck. Is there any way to successfully downgrade my iPhone back to iOS 6 with these resources? I reckon there's an alternative signing server to bypass the software verification, but what is it?

Thanks
- Luke

this is OLD so i don't know if it will work on a 5. It was designed for the 3G.

here is a link to the file he talks about in the video.

I did this on a 3G long ago for my cousin because it upgraded to either iOS 4 or 5 and the max version of iTunes he could use wasn't supported.
