Downgrading my Oneplus one to CM 11?

I have CM 12.1 right now and I want to downgrade my Oneplus one to CM 11s. So is there any special procedure to downgrade any phone? or is it just like, flash the CM 11s zip file and you are done?

I didn't understand what he has written. He must have skipped some step in between. Some steps are too vague. Anyways, thanks for making an effort to help me
