Downgrading to windows 7

i try to Downgrade from windows 8 to windows 7 on toshiba satellite c850-b559...but after formating i can't boot for any bort or any thing

Have you tried a system restore or repair???
Spend an hour and install windows 8, as it is better. Unless you like higher resource usage and less performance all in the name of some fancy UI.

Windows 8 is practically Windows 7. spend 5$ for Start8, and there's almost no UI difference.
