Well that's the thing, I had bluetooth before I ever posted anything, but now my computer doesn't recognize it has bluetooth at all. In the driver manager, there's one that I'm all but certain is the bluetooth one that says "Unknown USB Device (Device Descriptor Request Failed)"
Check the manual, there's usually a key combination that turns off and on BT and/or WiFi and some only allow you to choose one or the other. There may be a light to show if it (and WiFi) are on or off.

Don't I need to reset the driver some how though? Or is this key combination going to fix it by itself?
For driver to work that device has to be on and active.

Ok I found this, but I'm on Windows 10 and cant seem to find a program called Gateway nor Gateway Recovery Management. Should I just search for it on the entire drive at this point? Maybe back up everything and restore back to a previous version of Windows 8?
That depends how you got from W8 to W10, did you do just straight up upgrade or did clean install of W10 ?
Just the straight up update, you know the Windows 10 update Microsoft was pushing a little while ago. I didn't loose it from the update though if that as anything to do with anything
