Are you looking for the restore disks? Need to contact your PC vendor.

If the PC tells you at boot up to hit F10 to start recovery, that resides on a hidden partition on the drive. It looks like you might have wiped out that partition as you have Win 7 and XP on your computer. There is no way to get that back without getting a clean drive from the vendor.

The PC vendor should be able to send you recovery CDs/DVDs though, probably at some small charge, $30 or so.
