Download is so slow.

Hello everyone! As you can see,my problem is that my download speeds are so slow. They just started last week and I am not sure what cause it. Before the problem,I always download with 230 KBps but now I can only download 20 KBps in broswers and 150-180 in Steam. Can anyone diagnose my problem?I am ready to send whatever might help you solve it.

Doesn't work. If it helps you, using a VPN partially solves my problem. I first used Private Tunnel which restored close to my original speed(200 KBps) but I run out of storage.Now I am using Tunnel Bear which gave me a average DL speed of 60 KBps, very far from my 230 KBps original spee.d

If VPN makes things better, your ISP is likely throtteling your connection. Try rebooting the modem and router to make sure that is not the issue, after that, contact your ISP. If things were working properly, a VPN would slow things down not speed things up. If it goes faster on VPN that shows that there is some artifitial slow down happening.

Thanks . I called them after reading your answer and indeed they were throttling me down. It is back to normal now.
