Recently Time Warner upgraded my speeds to 100mbps however with wifi I am maxing at around 40-50mbps. When I connect to my router via ethernet i am reaching near 100. Additionally my iphone when connected to 5ghz will get me near 100 but the standard 2.4ghz only gives me around 40-50. I've double and triple checked settings but cannot seem to resolve.
Any ideas for me to check? About the only thing I have not yet done is downloaded the stock firmware.
Additionally WMM settings are enabled. My laptop is capable of connecting to wireless n networks as well. It has the Realtek RTL8188EE built in with the most recent driver.
