Hi, I tried the link you provided. I clicked on the Simpledrive link and the only driver listed is for Windows98 and the link doesn't even work. When I tried to download it it just took me to a generic help page. Did you actually get the file to download? And if so, will it work on Windows7?

What is the specific model? Is the external drive asking for a driver or is it just not recognized? When connected can you see the drive in Device Manager or Disk Management?
