Download speed issue with one PC in the house

I've had many issues with this PC. Sometimes I can find a hotfix for the wifi and sometimes I have issues that persist. Let me go into detail about the issue. Currently at least I have normal ping (this is all according to speedtest.net) of about 11-20, download speed that fluctuates at around 10 and a a normal upload speed of 10-12 ish. On a ethernet PC i get 90 down and on a different Wi-Fi PC, same windows 10 same adapter tp link 4800 and same newest qualcom driver, gets about 50 down. I complain because if I play games the internet really fluctuates sometimes to like 1mbps down if I test it and in game it shows my ping to be 400. It is really frustrating. The modem is a sb6141 i believe and the router is a linksys wrt1900. Ive tried a lot. Different drivers, changing the frequencies of the wifi, 2.4 and 5ghz, dns flush, restarting modem and router but no luck. The only difference I could find between these PC would be the mobo. Would that be it? Any help is greatly appreciated! Thanks a lot.

I did not mean to best solution that. I am unable to use a wired connection on this PC

O.K. The best thing isn't what is important. Wireless connections are always varying. The nature of the beast. Can't really help ya much more but maybe someone else might be able to.
