Download Speed Issues on PC. Download fine on other devices (Wireless)

When I run the ookla speedtest on my PC I am getting 10mbps down and 8mbps upload. However when I run the speedtest on my phone connected to the same router on the same 2.4GHz channel im getting 30mbps down and 10mbps upload. Does anyone have a remedy for this issue. I've updated my wireless adapters driver and it is NOT possible for me to switch to wired unfortunately.
