[SOLVED] Download speed of games getting capped after a certain point in MS Store/Xbox app

So I bought game pass ultimate a few days back and whenever I try to download any games my speed gets capped after around 15GB of download. I often download games from the steam, origin, EA desktop app, Epic store, etc and i get full speed but this bug happens only when I download from the windows store or the xbox app for pc. I already checked my internet speed and connection, looked if i have metered connection or bandwidth limit but everything checks out fine. Tried resetting my Xbox and store app but nothing seems to work. Mind you it gives full speed for initial 10Gbs or so but after around 15Gb speed goes down to 1-2mbps and stays there forever.
My net plan is 50mbps. I looked at resource monitor and found this.

You might want to see if you've got any BIOS updates pending. If you're on the latest version, turn your attention to the OS. Ideally you should be on version 21H1. If that checks out, uninstall your Ethernet driver and reinstall the latest found off motherboard maker's support site, install in an elevated command, i.e, Right click installer>Run as Administrator.
