Download speed on wifi suddenly tanks

My wifi speed today suddenly tanked at random, from 10 megabit to 0.1 megabit.
Test I have done :
Ethernet is fine
Changed channels, and skanned for free ones.
The router doesn't do 5ghz, only 2.4ghz.
Restarted several times for several amounts of time.
Checked users online, only me.

Are you using a usb adapter? I've had issues like this with a bad usb port on my desktop.

Can you log into your router to see usage? Could be something you didn't expect eating up the bandwidth.

It is consistent with all wifi devices, not just my pc, also I have logged into my router and it doesn't list the bandwidth usage

If something is hogging it, then all the devices will suffer. If you can't see the traffic on the router, you can single out each device. Start taking them off wifi. In windows you can check your task manager and see network usage.
When my phone uploads pictures to the cloud it destroys my internet because it hogs the entire upload.

Testing your pc straight to modem will be helpful. You can see if you're getting max speeds.
