Question Download speed substantially lower after Windows 10 reinstall

So, I have a new SSD so I decided to reinstall Windows there. So far so good.
Except, now I have a recent W10 version (with dark mode!) that slows down my download speed substantially. Let's say I'm downloading something on Steam and at the same time something else on my browser. The Steam download will be normal, but on my browser I'll download at only 20kbps.
Is there a way to fix this? It's driving me insane. Thanks!

EDIT: After a speed test, if there's a download going on, I have =<1mbps, if not, 25mbps.

Edit: LAN drivers, right? Should I also dl chipset drivers?

Still nothing... 5mbps on Steam, 20kbps on my browser...

Alright, so the problem isn't the download speed, but the fact that I can't download 2 things at the same time. If I start a download and another one elsewhere, it'll download at 20kbps max on the second one.

Also, I have one CPL plugged to my router and 2 other CPLs plugged to 2 different PCs. When I unplug one, my net goes back to normal, when it's plugged, it drops to 500kbps from 10mbps. Should we have 2 CPL per PC (so 4), or 3 is enough?
