hi how can i increase my internet downloading speed i have 512 kbps connection and it shows only 56 to 64 kbps isnt this fair or something i have to do to increase it

How are you measuring the download speed?
Are you getting Kbps mixed up with KBps?

yes it kBps

64kB (B=bytes) per second is correct for a 512kb ("b=bits") per second connection.
