Today my PC has been getting really slow speeds around 6 mbps when I used to get around 50-80. I'm on wifi and windows 10. Whats really weird is that if I continue to run speedtests back to back, the download speed slowly creeps up.
I read something about AMD Quick Stream throttling peoples' bandwith but I have no such program.
Upload speed is fine, exactly the same its the download speed that is much worse.
Also, I've tested several other laptops, computers, and tablets/phones and they all have normal speeds. I have also tried a USB adapter for my computer and it still receives slow speeds, so it has to be something in my computer?
