Download vs upload speed

Hi, I have a question about my download and upload speed.

I just did a few tests and this is what came out of it:

Is this a normal difference between the download and upload speed? Sometimes the upload speed gets much lower than that. The download speed never gets below 90 Mbps.

I don't think I can do a firmware update of my cable modem router because I believe that goes automatically through my internet provider. I did a factory reset, but that didn't seem to do much.

I will probably have to call my provider, but I thought I'd ask here first. Maybe this is a normal speed.

Wow, incredible. I didn't even think about checking that. So simple and so logical. I pay for 120 Mbps download and 12 Mbps upload. So I guess it's normal. Thank you, I will slap myself now.
