Downloaded and updated drivers on gigabyte App Center now pc turns on and off for few seconds in loop. Cant open the pc. Black screen. Tried taking in and out parts. Still not fix. Need Help

Mobo: h370n
Cpu: i5 8400
Ram: 16gb tridents rgb
Gpu: gigabyte 1070
Psu: cx600 corsair

What specifically was updated?

Any attempt at some sort of a new BIOS?

You can remove GPU entirely, connecting monitor to DVI/HDMI/DIsplay Port output on mainboard...; also, disconnect all SATA power /data cables from drives/maiboard, and, remove unneeded internal USB headers. You can also drop to one stick of RAM in required slot. Remove power entirely from rear of PSU, and, hit power button a few times, then find clear CMOS switch or jumper, and activate it for 10-15 seconds....

If still no display, you now need to try another known good PSU (do not re-use any modular cables when trying a different PSU!), before potentially being left with a 'bricked minboard' scenario....
