Downloaded BIOS Drivers, no .exe files?

Downloaded some bios drivers from the asus website for my laptop and I opened up all of the .zip folders and all I get in EACH are:
214 file
215 file
214 file
212 file
209 file
207 file

How am I supposed to update bios with these files?

Generally you need to use a third party program to flash the BIOS, or more ideally make a bootable USB key, image the BIOS update iso to it, and boot to it.

Hello... have you every updated a BIO's before?
Do your have your settings in Windows to view File extensions and details?
Most WEB sites have instruction on how to do it for their equipment, read further on their page.

Whatever instructions the manufacturer gives you, that's how you do it.
Follow those instructions exactly, and in full. No deviations.

I probably never have updated a BIOS before unless it was in exe form. I do not see instructions on the Asus driver page...

See the link for BIOS-utilities? Thats the program you need to flash the BIOS.
