So I downloaded a crypto miner called Awsomeminer, in the process of that bitdefender found a trojan/other stuff when i was trying to use it the first time. I downloaded it from a websites link that was literally linking /had big articles pros and cons for the top crypto miners too.

Immediately uninstalled it, found the data folder for it, deleted it, found the hidden data for it, deleted it, restarted pc, a weird black screen came up and said my system was being disinfected, ran full system scan from bitdefender after it was rebooted, found nothing.

downloaded a beta rootkit killer from malwarebytes, it found nothing, then i downloaded windows scanner and it found Trojan:XML/Phish.J!eml in AppData\Local\Packages\microsoft.windowscommunicationsapps_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalState\Files\S0\123\Attachments\Amazon-Service-Center[520].docx
the only issue is that was unrelated to the miner, and was a old file, which was just a document with a link in it?

At this point I'm thinking about doing a full repartition and reinstall of windows along with mass password resets, am I overreacting?
Even with the 4 different scanners I still dont trust that the pc is clean

Solution
This a trojan in a email attachment. It's not open. It told you that an email in your email client has a virus as an attachment. You're fine if you don't open it and the antivirus deleted it.
Even with the 4 different scanners I still dont trust that the pc is clean
Then you've already made up your mind...😉
I know I would.

Wow, bravo microsoft.
After fully-installing windows, I first updated windows, downloaded and fully updated bitdefender, tooled with bitdefender and windows security for the strictest settings.

And the moment I turned on the windows mail app and went into the spambox to retreive a email for a account authentication it keeps wrongly throwing in spam, windows mail immediately automatically downloads spam attachments WITHOUT PERMISSION including -- ANOTHER TROJAN!
The file C:\Users\Daeth\AppData\Local\Packages\microsoft.windowscommunicationsapps_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalState\Files\S0\4\Attachments\Amazon-Service-Center[41].docx has been detected as infected with Trojan.DOC.Agent.AEE. Bitdefender deleted this item, your device is safe.
Should I trust bitdefender got it? or reinstall windows Again?
I'm going to gtfo of hotmail accounts now, hotmail is virusmail
--Running a variety of scanners again
