downloading anime pictures offline

my person cpu died. is there's anywhere i could store anime pics or videos offline becuase cpu? i was wondering because cpu can be pretty expensive. on top of that, being a non driver, my mom's too overprotective and doesn't let me go out. she now mostly spends on my nephews and buys mostly her things. it's like i have feeling but i felt like she almost never buy me things. -_-

if your cpu is dead, well, how do you plan to use the pc without it?

are you calling cpu to the whole pc?

if you have a machine and you can browse your preferred site where you watch anime images, usually is just a matter of right click over the image and then save as, there you select a device like a usb flash drive or a external hard disk and then store as much as you want in there to watch the images or possibly any mangas you find this way

if the anime or manga is in pdf format you use another app, adobe acrobat reader to open those

Can you use a PC at all with a dead CPU? No but how do you know it's the CPU, it's pretty rare CPU's die in a system that isn't overclocked heavly. Power supplies are what die the most frequent.

Also for watching Anime at home the cheapest option is a Android box $35 with Kodi and a thumb drive. You can use the thing on any TV and steam/ Download with utorrents as much as you want.

what about saving hentai pics? um...please don't judge. i'm a fan of hentai as well and i love to fap to anime hentai. i don't like real life porn though. but where can i download anime pics offline if cpu died? can i download on ps3 or something with a flash drive?
