Downloading Chipset for Asus Motherboard

if i am downloading my cpu chipset for motherboard, which download should i be getting:

ME_11.6.0.1032

Intel_chipset_10.1.1.38

both of these files were released on the same day, and I do not know the difference and which to download.

P.S. I have an Asus Maximus Hero VIII

One is the CPU chipset driver itself, the other is the Maganament Engine driver. You need the two
