I keep downloading corrupted files, games are mostly not responding and will randomly have lag spike as in a momentary freeze. I ran sfc/scannow and the report said it can't fix the problem.

Anyone can give some suggestion n help. I'd be very grateful :> ty

Try running memtest. I once had a faulty mem stick and it corrupted many downloads.

I would also check HDD's health too !
