Downloading HP Drivers for Win 7

can you download Win 7 drivers onto DVD's and upload to a laptop?

Yes, of course you can. I doubt you'd need to use a DVD though, driver packages for one PC should fit on a CD or a 1GB pen drive.

It's a good thing to do as well. Label & save the disc for future use in case manufacturer takes down the support pages for that laptop model.
