Until recently I haven't had a problem playing card games on zone.com
but now I have a problem that will not go away after trying numerous
suggestions. When I click on a room in spades I receive a error message
that the activex files can't be installed. No matter what I do the
message is there. The problem is I need to click on a room 5 times or
more and then I can enter the room. The activex files must be installed
it they weren't I wouldn't be able to get in at all.
Thanks for your help.

Try these browser settings. They'll help if cached cookies and other
files are out-of-date.

Elmo thanks for helping. I followed the instructions on the link you
provided but it did not help. Also I tried to reinstall the zone but
could not delete the MSN Gaming Zone folder (I have Win XP) I just can't
believe that I can't get rid of the downloading and installing window. I
can't delete the MSN folder but can I remove MSM Gaming Zone in
Add/Remove in the Control Panel?
I have played cards in the Zone for 5 yrs now and I really don't want to
go to a different site. Also I didn't see a problem like mine on
NibblesNBits web site. I'm the only one having this problem?
Hope you can me. Thank you.

To remove most of the Zone files from XP, open Add/Remove Programs,
click Windows Components in the left column, locate the Zone, and
deselect. Then open Internet Properties, click General tab, Settings
button, View Objects button. Right-click HeartbeatCtrl, ZoneAxRcMgr
Class, and ZoneIntro Class (individually) and click Remove. After doing
all three, most of the Zone is removed.
