Downloading video file from embedded player

so i have a link that contains one off my deleted youtube videos by copyright infringement http://www.faltso.gr/social/users/video?task=videodirectlink&id=203
the problem is..that the video is still available only to me when i have my account logged in,i can see it via embed site but on youtube nothing at all i get a black screen saying the video is unavailable...
So i thought that when it plays somewhere there must be a temporary file that contains the sample i want...is there any way i can use firefox or google chrome to store that file so i can see it offline etc?
Also sorry admins if i misposted i couldn't think any better place to post for internet staff and storage.. also sorry for my language ,i am trying to be accurate...
My point is.. How to save this playing video..i tried already youtube downloader and it cannot download deleted videos.. i saved the page with firefox.. 4kb doesn't do the trick...nor containing anything in the full html file
Is there any way i can record this video from my screen with any recorder with accurate frame per second and have original quality? audio too? or at least how can i manage to record the audio from the streaming video if my windows 7 drivers doesn't have stereo mix with this update??

Firefox + plugins downloadthemall & anti-container, will let save any part of website including flash videos. 😀

Dude...your solution has one problem.. it does the same as save page as..it saves one 4,2kb file.. either the anti container doesn't work or the downthemall does the same thing.. tell me more specifically the steps ... i checked a youtube link but it cant download the video..shall i wait the video to full load and try again?
