downloading video problem

i go in to a web page for movies click to download. All are windows
movies.some will download, others,when promted to save come up as file
type:movie page
save as:HTML Document I hit save it immediately downloads but no movie. I
have virus and firewall down but it says it is still a problem. help me

The owner of the movie obviously doesn't want it copied so has put
protection in place.
