Question Downloading Videos

Does anyone know how to download videos from sites which use hosting services like www.sproutvideo.com?

Log into your account and download your videos. If they're not your videos, then you probably shouldn't be trying to download them, unless the uploader specifically states, "Hey! Go ahead and download these!".

I want to download for future use. I am actually learning online which is using the services of www.sproutvideo.com.

Yeah, it doesn't work that way. If you have a paid subscription, the content you want is always available online. If you only have a trial period, that content is only available during the trial period. You cannot download it for future use beyond that trial period.
