Downloading Windows 8 without installing it

Hi, I'm going to make a bootable USB for another computer. I want to make sure if I can download Windows 8 on another computer, so that I can then transfer it to the bootable USB, but without having it auto-install or replace my existing OS. Is this possible? I just want to be really sure. I'm basically downloading the installer but it won't initiate the installation unless I hit the "Run" button, right?

EDIT: Does it have anything to do with ISO file, etc? maybe ISO file won't auto-install while a normal download is different..?

Download the Installer, run it, and early in the process it gives 3 options:

Select the middle option. Create a DVD or USB.
