More info?)
It is a music file that needs a program in order to play.
Save or copy the MP3 file to the "C:\Documents and
Settings\All Users\Documents\My Music" or some other shared
folder. Also make sure you have a player (program) that
works with MP3 files that is available to all users.
Mp3downloading.com appears to be a source for the KazzaLite
P2P file sharing program. You do need to be careful with
these programs because they open your computer to file
sharing over the Internet, which is a security risks as
these files can contain viruses and the open shares allow
your computer to be used by others on the net.
Also, there are copyright laws that can get you in trouble
with the government or the RIAA.
An MP3 file is a file that uses a particular kind of
compression to reduce the size of the file. A file with an
extension of .exe is a program. Some programs may be
compressed for sending using other extensions such as .zip
or .rar. You should find info on how to use or install on
the site from which you download.
