Solution
helping with that is a bit hard due to following:
No idea about your laptop type except that it is Asus
No idea what wireless card is in said laptop

Thus cannot look with laptop type or card type.
Most manufacturers stop updating drivers after 2 to 3 years though so if your laptop is old enough, you might find more recent drivers at broadcom's site:
https://www.broadcom.com/support/

as for disk health, first step would be to read the SMART info, with tools like crystaldisk info or hardwaremonitor
http://crystalmark.info/software/CrystalDiskInfo/index-e.html
http://www.cpuid.com/softwares/hwmonitor.html

another step would be to run full chkdsk on it, chkdsk /r (run as administrator)

Uninstall utorrent, reset Windows. Problem solved. Utorrent is a way to steal isn't it? Why buy my games when I can use utorrent. Forget paying for movies. I can use utorrent. Music? Utorrent. Am I wrong?

There isn't a way to be 100% certain the files are clean. Could be a small script. A worm. Just because the file is scanned by AVG or something doesn't mean it will be safe.

While torrents are under suspicion since they are used often to get "free" things. (it's still stealing) there are legitimate torrents too.

Best bet is what aquielisunari mentioned though, uninstall it and use another client to see if it is tied to that specific client/version.
It could also be that the disk you are saving to is failing.
Check disks health?

edit: Also said sys is used by broadcom wireless network card, updating it's drivers might help too?

Torrenting doesn't equate to piracy. I download many things over torrent if the option is there. Why? Speed.

most likely it is just a bugcheck caused by a old
Broadcom 802.11 Network Adapter wireless driver

you will want to go to your motherboard vendor's (laptop maker) website and update the wireless Ethernet driver.

my wifi drivers are up to date and how to check disk health?

what is the date of the driver? these drivers are not updated by Microsoft windows, you have to get them from the motherboard vendor or go to the chip vendor to get the update. there are very few bugchecks that would involve your wifi driver and be caused by a hard drive. (basically, it would have to be a I/O error code or inpage operation bugcheck)

my broadcom driver date is 10/12/2015 driver version 7.35.338.0.I tried going to asus website to check on the latest driver but for some reason i cant choose the os im using
