I have CenturyLink as my ISP, and I've narrowed it down to everyone 5 minutes or so my downsteam connection freezes for 10-15s, this is very annoying for gaming and general web browsing. If we power cycle the router/modem is helps for 10m or so then starts back up.
Upstream is still active during this 10-15s outage, I have verified this using a VoIP application and talking to friends, they can hear me during this outage, but I cannot hear them or do anything on any device on the network.
Any suggestions? CenturyLink wasn't much help. Much thanks!
More info you may need: Happens to all devices on network, router is a Zyxel C3000Z ADSL2 Router. Yes we do have ADSL2 line and have had Line 2 problems in the past.
