Question Downstream Light Blinking On Modem - Intermittent Connection Issues

Hey everyone - I've been running into some connectivity issues where I've gotten kicked off my Citrix work connection. I talked with my company's IT and they said all was good on their end and the issue must be with my ISP. Firmware is up to date. Tried rebooting it along with resetting the modem from my ISP's web-site. The downstream light on the modem occasionally will blink. Right now, it's been blinking for 30+ minutes. Called the ISP, they said everything was good on there end an it must be the modem. Said I should change the RF to Auto, which it was already at. Called Netgear and they said my modem/router combo (C7000v2) was working fine, but would help me try some other settings for a fee.

What's the best way to determine where the issue is? Below are the stats from my modem. Thanks in advance!
