DPC Watchdog Violation

This is pretty common issue but havent find fix for it! My freezing started like 5 days ago. Sometimes take hours or minutes to freeze and giving me blue screen and need hard reset after that.

Things I have already done:
-New Windows install
- 3 times GPU drivers (new and old)
-all drivers with easy driver
-Memtest and cpu burn test for 6 hours

Hardware:
Amd fx-4300
Asus M5A78L-M lx3
Asus gtx 1060 3gb
8gb ram
750w corsair psu
sata 1tb
Windows 8.1

I have no idea what else I can do. Motherboard and psu are oldest parts, psu making like ”piiiiiii” sound, not sure is that normal!?

Maybe I should replace psu and motherboard next?

I wouldnt use 3rd party programs for drivers. They dont always find the right drivers

Upload the small dmp files to onedrive then post the link

try scanning pagefile for errors, open command prompt (right click start button and run as administrator) type sfc /scannow
if that isn't the problem open device manager right click on Standard Sata AHCI Controller and click Update Driver. Browse my computer for driver software, Let me pick from a list of device drivers on my computer, Show compatible hardware, Standard SATA ACHI Controller, StorACHI.sys

In device manager I have manually updated the drivers (every single one). Someone said in other forum that motherboard or bad psu can cause this problem too? I have checked Event Viewer too that show 800 error past 3 days, but cant find fix to them

It's usually bad achi driver, gpu driver, or bad hdd. One last thing to try is clearing any overclock settings that you have.
