Question dps 460cb c power supply is enough for strix rx470?

Is this your PSU model, or some other brand ? But anyways, try to get some other decent quality PSU for the RX 470, if possible.

yes it's my psu. it's from hp xw4300. before i bay can run this card on this psu without heavy load?

I can't really comment on that particular PSU model. Not fully sure whether you can use that DELTA Electronics PSU safely with this card, without heavy load that is.
