Since rebooting my PC back to factory settings, I can no longer drag and drop files onto my WD Mycloud NAS drive. I used to be able to see the actual HHD as drive when opening the THIS PC icon si I could simply drag and drop files onto it.
The PC recognises there is a NAS drive as it appears under the NETWORK options, but clicking onto that simply brings the WDmycloud web based settings page.
I have had this issue before but have totally forgotten what I did to correct it, so if anyone can offer me any advice it would be very much appreciated.

When I try to map a network drive it asks me for a Windows Security pasword to access WDMYCLOUD. I dont understand which password I am supposed to put in, my Microsoft account one does not work, nor does the WDmycloud login
