Dragon Age: Inquisition

Do my specs meet up to the requirements to play this game.

GPU: 2GB GeForce GTX 750 Ti
CPU: Intel(R) Pentium(R) CPU G3258 (Overclocked to 4.2Ghz)
Memory: 8GB RAM
Resolution: 1920 x 1080, 60Hz
OS: Microsoft Windows 7 Ultimate

CPU always at 100% when opened

I have tried graphics patching it, which basically puts the settings to the lowest graphics, and I still couldn't run it.

Solution
Minimum specs say your CPU needs to support 4 threads, so I can't really say what it'll look like if you get it running on a Pentium. But try upgrading to the latest nVidia drivers. The game initially refused to run on a laptop I was prepping for a friend (1.7 Ghz i5, dual core + hyperthreading, 840m, 2GB VRAM). But upgrading drivers made it happy. After I upgraded,it ran surprisingly well - 35 FPS at medium settings.

It doesnt crash, it just is so laggy its hard to find your way around and into the menu/settings/singleplayer even on the lowest graphics you can set.
