Dragon Ball Z Budokai Tenkaichi 3 PSX2 Help Please

Hi experts and Everyone
I wanna play DBZ BT3 in my Dumb PC 😛
Well I dont care of Graphics but Speed is a main factor.
I need speed around 35-40 Fps During Gameplay.
2GB RAM
Dual Core Processor 3.06 GHZ E6600 (2 Logical threads)
No Graphics unfortunately 😛
So please help me to get rid of it if anyone is aware of PSX2 Emulator....

Emulators aren't exactly legal so we will offer no assistance getting one working. If you want to play the game buy a PS2 or a Wii and buy the game.

This is not an emulation support site, so not much help can be given. I will say this though, PCSX2 requires serious CPU horsepower. Your CPU isn't nearly fast enough as an overclocked i5 haswell in some games even isn't fast enough.
