Mobo: ASRock z590 pro4
CPU: i9 11900k
RAM: Timetec Pinnacle Konduit DDR4 3200MHz

I can't get the PSC CPU debug led to go off/ Can't get it to boot to bios at all.
The CPU is brand new, no bent pins or debris
  • The ram lights up- tried all slots, and no ram
  • Cleared the CMOS
-Tested other power supply

I honestly don't know what to do next? Faulty motherboard?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated

If you tried removing and putting it all over again it's possible that the motherboard is faulty. I also read the same problem you had 2 years ago from reddit he said that when he replaced the motherboard everything worked fine.

That makes sense. I was just hoping not to have to replace the MB :(
Thanks for the input!
