DRAM at 1197.1 MHZ ?

My computer has been under performing lately so i check out CPU-Z after some told me to and it says my DRAM FREQ is at 1197.1 MHz, will this cause my computer to slow?

Im having alot of performance issues atm and im not sure why I have a Ryzen 7 2700X and an RTX 2070
