Hi,

Just upgraded my pc with a brand new build, specs:
CPU - Ryzen 5 5600x
MBU - MSI B550 gaming plus
RAM - Corsair CMK16G (2x 8gb)
GPU - GeForce RTX 3060
PSU - old PSU from old build (Corsair cx750)

I’m aware that you need to update the bios before the computer will post, so I flashed it and that seemed to work fine. However, I now have the DRAM debug light on and the computer won’t post.

Any ideas what it could be? My only thinking is faulty ram or I need to get a new PSU as well.

Thanks for any help

What is the make/model of your ram?
Is it a single kit of 2 sticks?
Is the ram explicitly supported by the ram qvl list for your motherboard/cpu?
Or, by the corsair ram support app?
Ryzen is picky about ram and not all ram is supported.

See if it helps if you clear the bios.

Try testing with just one stick of ram in the proper slot.
