Hello, just a little while ago I was trying to install a new Samsung 980 pro to realize I don't have the proper m.2 screws.

While I was trying to install it I put my computer on it's side twice. One time it falling about half an inch. I don't have the side panel on that side. While installing it I also removed my GPU and reseated it to try and get better movement. Now when I boot up my computer everything spins to life except the monitor, keyboard, and mouse.

Update 1: Reseated the CPU and had to clean off some thermal compound. Computer doet even spin to life now. Going to bed and going to recheck CPU to see if any thermal compound was left on.

On my motherboard there's a yellow light next to the word DRAM. The memory lights up and runs but like I said no display or peripherals working.

I'm hoping there's an easy fix to this. I would appreciate any help.

My specs:

CPU: Ryzen 9 5900x

GPU: Gigabyte RTX 2060 OC

RAM: Corsair vengeance 2x16 RGB Pro

MB: Asus ROG strix b550-f Gaming

PSU: EVGA supernova 1000w (I think)
