Question Dram error in b550m pro dash

Dram error in b550m pro dash but windows booting fine & works well but system won't shutdown complete only windows gets off other pc comments running ,to off system completely I have to hold power button

You should include your full system's specs in order for us to understand what you have to work with. While troubleshooting the more information you give us that pertains to the issue(and sometimes outside of it) the more easier it is to solve the issue or get to the bottom of it.

Now, apart from the specs, include the make and model of your PSU and it's age.
