While running AIDA64 stability test, while having CPU-Z open it shows the DRAM frequency at 1,503mhz instead of the 3,000mhz it's set to in the bios Target setting. Any idea why this is happening or is this normal? I figured when you have DDR4 3,000mhz ram and you set the target to 3,000mhz it should run at 3k not 1,500. Am I missing something or is it not set up properly or something?

Edit: it shows NB frequency 3,900mhz not sure if that helps with anything.

Solution
DDR4-3000 actually runs at 1500 MHz, it just has a Double Data Rate (hence DDR) of 3000 MT/s. This figure is often erroneously quoted as the clock speed in MHz.
