[SOLVED] DRAM Frequency extremely low

Hello, My name is Andrew.
I am not clever enough to deal with this problem. I don't know much about computers, but I am trying...
I have AMD Opteron 4170 HE, with 32 GB ram Dual Channel DDR3.
I've noticed that my computer wasn't working as it should, so I checked all possible problems.
I updated all of my drivers, it was hard for me to update GPU because it is RX 570 (a problematic one), I updated my CPU drive and Sound card drives, done everything I could, but still my computer was working on its worst. I tried many things, and when I saw CPU-Z, I didn't know what to do or is it fixable. My NB Frequency is 2201.8 MHz and my DRAM Frequency is 533.7 MHz, even though I have 32 gigabytes of ram. My Motherboard is MSI MS-91F7, AMD Chipset and AMD Southbridge (I don't even know what that means to be honest..). If there is any info I need to provide, just ask. Thanks in advance.

The memory frequency is as it should be... 533 MHz DDR(double data rate) => 1066 MT/s or as they misleadingly advertise 1066 MHz... I'm guessing that's your memory frequency and CPU-Z is reporting it correctly.

What's worying me is that CPU VCore... 1.8V is insane, it should be somewhere around 1.1-1.2V. Can you check your CPU temp with HWINFO?

Try loading optimal defaults in your BIOS, after that check VCore in CPU-Z and HWINFO.
