Right. For the Intel Core2 or earlier systems using DDR2 RAM, you should be at 1:1 for best performance. According to Everest, your RAM is running at half speed.

On the other hand, overclocking your RAM - running it faster than your FSB - doesn't help much. We discuss that here:

You should change it to 1:1.
If you want to do some charges to make it faster, you should think about overclocking.
Or maybe you should think about replacing your Pentium D with a Core 2 duo.
