Question DRAM issue

So I got my new ram in today and I installed it after taking out my old ram. Everything worked fine, monitor worked and all. Turned off my computer and then did a little dusting off on the inside and now the Dream light won’t turn on and my monitor says no signal.

Have you cleared the CMOS?
