Question DRAM LED BOOTING PROBLEM

Hello I've just bought new components into my computer. I've got :
MB: ASUS ROG B450-F
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 3600
RAM : HyperX Fury 3200MHz 2x8GB
Rest of computer stayed (SSD, HDD, GPU, Power supply) tried to boot and DRAM LED remained lit.. Googled a bit tried reinstaling RAM one by one even tried reinstaling CPU, because it helped some one else.. Then I found someone pointing out that it may be caused by voltage in faluty powersupply so I went and bought new one (Corsair RM 650 X). Anyway it didn't help and I have no idea what else could help and starting to get desperate.. Please help I need my PC for work and this already lasts like two weeks.

Does the Asus ROG Strix B450F box say Ryzen 3000 Desktop Ready on it ?

If it doesn't have that on the Box then you will need to take it to a local PC shop and have them Update the BIOS to a version that supports the Ryzen 5 3600 CPU.
Or you can buy an Athon 200GE and install that to update the BIOS yourself.
