[SOLVED] DRAM LED Flashing on motherboard and computer not booting (new build)

Hi, I am building my first computer, however I have ran into an issue. I have connected the following to my motherboard: CPU, CPU Fan, 1 ram stick (8gb), m.2 ssd, 24 pin ATX cable, 8 pin ATX_12V cable. Everytime I turn it on, the DRAM LED flashes (and nothing shows up on the screen) and the CPU fan spins in intervals.

I have tried the following: Putting in ram stick in different slots (tried all 4 slots) (making sure its in tightly), Reconnecting the CPU, reconnecting the ATX and ATX_V12 power cables, but the issue still continues. All the parts are new.

Motherboard: Gigabyte B450 M AORUS
CPU: AMD RYZEN 2600
RAM: Adata AD4U266638G19-R 8GB Premier DDR4 PC21300/2666MHz
PSU: Cooler Master MasterWatt Lite 700W, 80 MPX-7001-ACABW-AU
SSD: WD WDS250G2B0B 250GB

Solution
Do you have an external graphics card? If not....well your cpu doesnt have integrated graphics and wont work without a gpu.

IF YOU DO:
http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/261145-31-perform-steps-posting-post-boot-video-problems first, be sure you've gone through each of these steps. Then, start by clearing the cmos either by removing the motherboard clock battery for at least 10 seconds, or putting a screwdriver accross the two CMOS pins to essentially connect them and reset the CMOS. Next, make sure your atx cable is plugged in all the way as this could pose an issue, along with the cpu and gpu power pins. Refer to your motherboard manual as it has the dram led code meanings in there.

Thanks for your help. I found out that 10 or so pins were bent on my CPU :coldsweat::coldsweat:. I was able to use a needle and able to make them straight again. After that I carefully placed the CPU back in it's socket, and turned the power on and everything worked!!!! I have ran a few benchmarks and the cpu seems to be running fine.
