Question DRAM led keeps staying on

So I just finished building my first PC, but after turning it on for the first time, I noticed that the DRAM LED light wasn’t going away. The fans were spinning (RGB lights were on) but there wasn’t a signal on my monitor either.
I changed the RAM sticks around and booted the PC up with only one RAM stick but nothing happened. (Also my keyboard and mouse didn’t light up when I connected them to the USB port)
I was just wondering if anybody knows if it’s a problem with the RAM or the motherboard itself…
Thanks!
Specs:
Motherboard: MSI B550m pro-vdh wifi
CPU: Ryzen 5 5600g
RAM: OLOy 16gb DDR4 (3200 MHz)
GPU: Aisurix Radeon RX 580
PSU: Thermaltake 500W

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

You have an APU on the build, can you get display out from using only the APU and the display is hooked up to the motherboard?

PSU: Thermaltake 500W
Thermaltake is the brand of the PSU, while 500W is the advertised wattage of the nit. What is the model of the unit? As for your discrete GPU, I had to Google it up. Where did you source the card from?

Tried connecting hdmi and display port to the motherboard and nothing happened.
The PSU model is: Smart series 500w (80+)
I got the graphics card off of Amazon.

Alright so it turns out it was the RAM that I had originally bought that was causing the issue. With the new RAM, The PC is up and running and now I just need to install windows. Thanks for your help!
