Just built a gaming pc for my girlfirend and it wont boot. The fans, PSU, RGB Ram And Liquid Cooler all come on but the Little led error for dram stays on.

Ryzen 7 2700x cpu
Kratos 750w psu
rx 580 8gb gpu.
ive tried reseting the mobo by taking the battery out. Ive tried using the jumpers. and tried sticking one stick of ram in each port and restarting and tried other rams with diffrent speeds in it nothing seems to work. all the parts have been tested in other computers and worked fine besides the motherboard, i had this problem with the last motherboard and brought it back today and got a new one and its doing the same thing. some help please.
